Warwick, who started singing professionally in 1961 and made many of her hits in the 1970's, made it clear quickly in her performance that this was not going to be simply a trip down a well-traveled memory lane. Before beginning "Just Walk on By," she told the audience that she recently rewrote the song because it has always been one of her favorites and it deserved an update.

She also performed a rewritten "Do You Know the Way to San Jose?" that included a salsa beat. She also performed a number newly written songs from a just-released album. Another song paid tribute to Brazil where she said she now makes her home.
