How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online here, by phone at (262) 236-0510, by mail, at Milwaukee-area Boston Stores, Mequon and Thiensville Harris Banks, and Mequon Piggly Wiggly. Keep a look out for special offers on our Facebook & Twitter pages as well!
Where can I park?
Gathering on the Green provides convenient onsite parking on the West, East, and South sides of the festival grounds. These parking lots are available to all attendees at a nominal fee per vehicle. Parking passes are available for purchase in advance and on the day of the event at the park entrances. If you choose to forgo parking on-site, you may park on-street in the surrounding neighborhoods per posted street parking regulations.
Is the concert family friendly?
Absolutely! Kids love to get up and dance along with the music. We also provide children-specific activities all afternoon on Saturday. Check some of them out here.
Are carry-ins allowed?
Yes, they are even encouraged. One of the best parts about Gathering on the Green are the amazing picnics. (Note: no grills allowed.) However, if you are not interested in hauling around a cooler, we are happy to provide not only scrumptious food for purchase, but also beer, wine and soda.
Can my dog come?
Unfortunately, no. Your furry little friend will have to stay home for this event.
Can you bring your own lawn chair?
Lawn chairs are allowed in the lawn seating section behind the "ridge," which is indicated by signs and is roped off to designate its boundaries.
What kind of chair is provided in the reserved sections?
Our reserved seating sections provide "luxurious" white plastic lawn chairs with arm rests as well as folding chairs.
Are there food and beverage vendors?
As mentioned above we are please to offer many food and drink options on-site at very resonable prices.
Is the festival handicapped-friendly?
We are proud to provide handicapped parking at the East enterance. We also supply handicapped transport via golfcart "taxi" throughout the entire park. Special handicapped seating areas are also available. If you need help within or outside of the festival grounds, please speak with one of our volunteers and we would be happy to assist you.
